I want to GAIN weight.
I have just discovered FITDAY and it fits my needs perfectly...
My goal is to GAIN weight through eating more calories ( I already exercise more than enough ! ) but the online version of the software does not let me set a weight goal higher than my current weight.
Is this the same in the PC software version and If so is there anyway I can remove that limitation ?
I'd imagine that setting your current weight as your goal would provide you with a baseline calorie level to maintain that weight. Then just eat to meet that daily calorie threshold and see if you start to gain.
