How do you clear all data and begin anew? Seems like it should be easy considering how diets go...:)

I have the same question.

I started using FitDay PC a couple years ago, and then got breast cancer so I stopped using it, and focusing on getting well. Well now I would like to keep all the custom foods and custom activities that I have added but start a new one. If you start over then you lose all of those custom things. Can anyone help out...
