Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and FitDay PC

I have Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1. It's a 64-bit OS. Plenty of disk space, plenty of RAM. Will FitDay PC work on my system? I've searched the threads and found answers for Pro and Ultimate, but not for my flavor OS. Anyone?
