Is Fitday capable of this?
Just wondering if Fitday is capable of planning my meal for me!
For example: I've entered custom foods that I'm willing to eat and their nutritional values.
Is there a way to punch into Fitday that I need 'X' amount of protein, 'X' amount of carbs and 'X' amount of fat and it'll tell me which custom food and the grams I need to eat to achieve my goal? If so, how?
