Default Download Data

Can I transfer the data I created in the online Fit Day to the PC Fit Day without manually entering the data?

I have the pc version and you get one download/sync. After that, you have to have the premium service to continue to sync.

Thanks, rkipper, but how does it work?

I'm a proficient computer user and I only want to download the data one, not continuously sync it.

Just how? No explanations found anywhere and also not via the FitdayPC menu.

Is there no customer support here?
