changing calorie count
It there a way to use the fit day data base, but change the calorie count?
IE. they have oat bran listed at 137 calories an ounce, and the one I use in only 120 calories an once. I'd rather not add it as a new food because then I'll have to enter all the other nutritional info, and that's a lot of work, plus, the package doesn't list all that info. Thank you. |
Jules,
You can open the nutrition chart for the food in the FD libraray and "edit" it. It then gets saved in your custom food list. It can save a lot of time over starting from a blank page. :D |
