changing calorie count

It there a way to use the fit day data base, but change the calorie count?
IE. they have oat bran listed at 137 calories an ounce, and the one I use in only 120 calories an once. I'd rather not add it as a new food because then I'll have to enter all the other nutritional info, and that's a lot of work, plus, the package doesn't list all that info.

Thank you.

Jules,
You can open the nutrition chart for the food in the FD libraray and "edit" it. It then gets saved in your custom food list. It can save a lot of time over starting from a blank page. :D
