Hello There,

I thought I would answer this one. I am on Windows 7 with this exact same problem. I had to right-click on the FitDay icon and tell it to Run As Administrator. That worked but I had to put in my key again and I always had to run as Administrator.

I then right-clicked and went to properties. Clicked the Compatibility Tab and selected Run As Windows XP Service Pack 3 and it runs like a rockstar.
