Im new to this whole site, but it looks like just what Ive been looking for. In all honesty though Im a bit confused as to how the calories burned vs the lifestyle cals and activity cal all work. Can someone please tell me if I am reading this right??
Cal burned= the amount of calories you should eat in a day
Lifestyle cal= how many calories you have eaten for that day
activity cals= any cardio or weights or what not
I have read somewhere that I need to log sleep. Can I get a fast la-mans tutorial? PLEASE
