Syncing PC to online

I installed FitDay PC today and just found out that I can't sync with my online account without paying for premium. Question is: Do I have to buy PC premium AND premium on-line, or is it EITHER buy PC premium OR buy premium on-line to get my accounts to sync. I am very confused here.

I don't get premium service but from what I understand, you need the PC and on line Premium service to be able to synchronize.
