FitDay PC and Premium

I have used FitDay PC for quite a while. I just purchased FitDay Premium because of the ability to synchronize with my computer. I thought I could enter information while away from my computer using my portable devices and then synchronize it back to my computer.

I just tried the first synchronization, but it did not work. In FitDay PC I went to PC Sync and pressed the button to synchronize, it put a green check by the line connect to FitDay, and then a red X next to next to searching for changes and then it says "Your FitDay.com web account already contains entries."

Any idea on how to make it work?
