Default Calorie restriction

Does Fitday show a calculation of how many calories one needs to either lose weight or maintain weight according to statistics you give???
It tells me that I need to restrict 276 calories a day to reach my weight loss goal --but how many total calories do I subtract that from?

Hello--on the free web version, look under the CALORIE BALANCE tab, which is next to the Calorie Restriction tab. I had a hard time finding that info. myself. I imagine the location is similar if not the same on the PC version...
