Default Calories Burned

I was curious to know how FitDay comes up with the Calories burned number that's used to show how many calories you can eat per day?

Just curious...

Thanks so much

Hey Pernell, do a Google search for BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), and that should explain everything you need to know.
