Hi there. You've posted this in the FitDay PC section--do you have FitDay PC or are you using the on-line web version that most of us do?

If you are using the on-line version, the "friends" thing does not (yet) work.

You CAN, however, make your food and activities logs "public" so others can see them. To do that, click on the "Profile" tab and scroll down to the bottom to the "Public Journal" section. Click the link and make whatever you want "public". It will generate a link that you share with whomever you like.
