Paloma, welcome to the forums!
(I'm assuming here that you're using the web version of FitDay. If you're using the PC version, this may differ.)
To the best of my knowledge there is no way to "duplicate" a day's food.
However, what I do is almost as good:
Go to "Recent Foods"--at the bottom is a link for "More"--click it.
You will see your last week of food, by day. Click the check boxes by each food you want to add and click the "Add Foods" button at the bottom of the screen. Should take you, perhaps, 30 seconds to replicate "yesterday's" food choices.
