fat numbers and % chart and carb/fibre numbers
hi, two questions.
the carb number at the top/bottom of the table, is this the as-is carbs ?
as in, the fibre number next to the pie chart should not be subtracted from this ?
why is it that on the food list, i have for eg, 120g protein and 80g fat
but on the pie chart at the bottom, it's showing protein 30% and fat 60% ?
