How can I plan all of my meals for the week in advance?
I find I can't stay with FitDay for more than a month or two because I get exhausted of tracking everything each day. But when I use it to track calories, I do lose weight.
If I could create several "full-day menus" that spell out in advance what I'll eat that day, knowing that I'll be able to reach my nutrition goal, I'd be able to stick with it longer.
What I'd love is to be able to create full-day menus in FitDay and save them. As I write this I'm thinking maybe I can create custom "foods" that are actually a whole day's worth of food. Then I could easily select a whole day's food at once.
Anyone have other ideas?
