Sorry if this is out of place but I can't find a way to add the TIME'S I've eaten foods.. I know timing is an integral part to solving metabolism and hormonal issues for fat loss and since there is all these other great tools at my disposal I thought, what an easy thing to add in. If people are eating farther than 2-3 hours apart the program could offer a little warning, similar to when you try to make your weight loss goals too drastic already... anyways if there is a way I'd love to learn how... if not someone could add this to a "suggestions" forum or something, it'd be invaluable in the battle against the bulge if we had to fess up ALL the bad habits (night time treats, anyone?).
