i am new fit day and think its great but i am having trouble with finding the recommended daily allowance for nutrition. obviously it totals up all your carbs and vitamines etc that you consume in a day, but is there a link that will compare your consumption to the RDA so you know if you are getting too much or to little of something?
if anyone can help me out, would be great!
