Copy From One Day to Other Days?
Is there any way to copy my workout and food from one day to others? Thanks.
For food click on the food tab. Then click on the "view my recent foods" on the left. Click on the boxes of the food you want copied, then click on " Add checked" and it will add it. If you want to add it right now for tomorrow you need to click on "show next day" to the right of the date and do the above.
For Activities you need to click on "Recent Activities" left of screen and click on the activities you want copied and it will add it. Hope this helps :)
