Ethnic food (Ethiopian food to be precise)
Hey guys, I'm a new member trying to bulk up and therefore I want to keep tracks of my calorie intake. However, I'm currently living in Africa (Ethiopia to be precise) and I have a lot of ethnic food. (Injera etc etc.) I know what goes into a lot of these foods but there's no caloric information anywhere, except for injera. What's the best way to go about adding these foods?
Also I eat out a lot, with pretty much the same problem a lot of weird food without clear calorific info.
