yep, shouldn't have eaten it but I did..... now trying to work out how much damage I have done.
Does anyone know the approx nutritional values and calories for a quarter chicken and chips pack bought from a generic bbq chicken place? Including skin and stuffing and a good couple of handfuls of hot chips.

Hi nichaleh, usually what I do when I eat out is check to see if the restaurant posts nutrition info on their website. If not, I find somewhere else that is online that offers a similar dish and has their nutrition up; any estimate is better than nothing.
