ok So it's gonna sound strange but I'm confused. I need to find raw chicken breast skinless but it all says yield after cooking and I need to know the calorie content of a weight before cooking. am I overlooking the raw calorie chicken option?
I actually looked up the nutrition information for a boneless skinless chicken breast on calorieking.com and made a custom food for it, because I couldn't figure it out either
