Hi Rebecca,

My suggestion would be to go up to the Weight Loss Tips thread...you may have more people read it there than down here in "custom foods." Maybe do a post and introduce yourself, sharing whatever you feel comfortable with (how much you want to lose, any specific questions, etc.). Take a look through the list of threads there and read some of the ones where folks introduce themselves to get some ideas. There are lots of tips there already and if you post a thread yourself, you are bound to get some good advice. Good luck!

You have come to the right place if you want to lose weight!

Have you been using FitDay very long? I personally have been using it for 3-4 years now, and love it

I have about 50 more pounds that I would like to lose, but have already lost about 43 total.

Feel free to give us more information and post in the other forums!

Is there something specific you want to know about? Throw it out there into the forum. Everyone is so supportive, and looking to do the same thing you are. You'll get lots of help.

please don't take this the wrong way but there is only one person that can help you lose weight and that is you. People can give you advice and support, which you will find here but ultimately It will take full commitment and dedication on your part to lose the weight.
