Entering info but calories show 0

Trying to add Chicken Sandwich to Custom food but when I enter fat, carbs and protein amounts the calories show up as zero

Are you entering the number of calories for the chicken sandwich? It needs to have that entered as well as the grams of protein, carbs, etc.

Calculating problems

On both Fitday and Fitday premium, which I just signed up for, I cannot calculate anything but the serving entered. So 4 oz of Atkins shake is over 4000 calories.
I just had a gastric sleeve and would like to keep track of how many calories I am taking in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
