Default Goal weight won't accept
I have 125 as my current weight and im trying to put 175 as my goal however for some reason the box turns red when i enter the third digit

FitDay is not set up to have weight gain as a goal. See this thread for more info: Trying to Use FitDay to Gain Weight? Read Me!
