Where do I look for how much to eat?
I'm sure this has been asked before but I have 2 questions.
1: Does FitDay take into account how much I worked out that day when telling me how many more calories I should eat on any given day?
2: Where do I find the information about how many more calories I should eat on any given day?
There are lots of graphs/charts/whatever and I'm having a bit of difficulty in determining which I should look at.
