Potential New Feature
I hope everyone is having a great week. My name is Sam and I am part of the FitDay team.
I was wondering if you would appreciate a healthy / motivational daily or weekly text message (frequency would be dependent on your preferences). Our intent is to provide users with an additional support system. In our busy days, it could be a quick reminder to stay motivated and make a healthy choice.
Would you guys be interested in a feature like this?

For me, it would depend on a variety of factors:
1) Could I set the time for such a message (i.e., morning versus afternoon?)
2) Would text messaging rates apply? (i.e, would I be charged for the text regardless of plan?)
3) Could I set the types of messages I get? (For me, a reminder to exercise would be more useful than a reminder to eat fewer carbs, for example)
4) I know that I personally would prefer an e-mail as opposed to a text!
I think having reminders is great, however, if they're just going to be little tidbits or nothings then it might be a service I don't hang on to much, especially if I'd be charged for it by the phone company
