I've found I have to click on each food and tell it to delete, or I will click on edit and type the new food in. I think I read some where that after a while of not logging the food item, it will delete itself. I think it would be neat to be able to check all the items that you no longer eat, and be able to click delete. Just like one can click all the items they want to add for the day.
