Accusations

Instead of false accusations like this:

There is no need to get all worked up or all of the hostility and accusations.
how about the Admins of this site sticking to the RULES of the Forum that state:

These policies are meant to encourage open, supportive conversation, and not to make you feel limited. It's okay to be frank, direct, and even to disagree with your fellow members, as long as you do so with respect. Thanks for participating in our community. We can't wait to get to know you!Sincerely,The Fitday team
Before you accuse a member of "hostility and accusations" perhaps you should decide whether it was a FRANK & DIRECT DISAGREEMENT. Without name calling there is NO DISRESPECT. Stating the facts, and calling BS, is NOT DISRESPECT.

Furthermore, calling BS is not getting "all worked up". If you all want to play "nice nice" with everyone, let everyone walk all over you, that is your style. Not mine.
