I see what your saying but a "health goal" can be very subjective while a weight goal is straight forward. There are too many things that affect health such as: tobacco use, alcohol use, stress level, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.
I think if FitDay were to change the wording someone would get upset b/c FitDay doesn't have the capacity to monitor and graph the countless things that affect your health.
You can certainly journal anything that you'd like in addition to weight.
