Default Why is it so dang hard to access fitday?

The past few days have been worse for me than usual.
It is so frustrating,
This board is so slow or I get the "tired" message:

We’re Sorry. We are Tired.

But really, we are experiencing an Internal Server Error.

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. This may be due to an intermittent issue, or the link you followed might be broken. Try refreshing a couple times.

The tech team has been notified. You do not need to report this error to us, but thanks anyway if you were going to do so.

I've had this in the past occasionally, but not recently. I usually tried again right away and it worked.
