Ok I just started FitDay the other day and I am still getting used to where to find stuff, etc. Today I was checking my calorie balance and I started wondering if I had my activity level set too high. I'm at 'standing work' right now. My job involves being on my feet for the entire 8 hours in a relatively small space. (front desk clerk) but when I'm home I'm pretty much on my butt except for household chores and my exercise time. So my question is, am I really 'standing work' or would I be better defined as something like mostly sitting with some standing? If there could be examples on the site for the 'standing work' option, that would be so helpful.
