Copying "Foods" from day to day

Default Copying "Foods" from day to day

I am making myself a large batch of food and allowing myself equal portions everyday.

Since there are 10 different components I am wondering if there is any way I can copy foods from day to day or if I need to continue typing in each food item.

Anyone?

You could create a custom food by using a recipe builder site to enter it and get the total nutrition, or as some do it, go ahead a few days to a blank log, enter all the foods, copy the total nutrition for the day, and use that for your custom food info. Alternatively, you could just go to the "recent foods" tab and click on them to enter your foods.

Wow! Somehow I had missed the recent foods! Thanks! You have saved me about 10 minuites a day hahaha
