Default New and have questions....

When you enter a lifestyle level in your profile do you still need to enter every activity that you perform during the day like showering, dressing, driving shopping etc? What is considered in the lifestyle level?

I wouldn't sweat the details like that. Who's got time for that nonsense? Basically just make sure you log sleep every day as an activity and the rest will take care of itself. The lifestyle level basically accounts for all that anyway. Plus no matter what anyone does, this is an "art" not an exact science. But it's pretty darn close/accurate!

The info here will help as well. And welcome to FitDay!
