I wouldn't sweat the details like that. Who's got time for that nonsense? Basically just make sure you log sleep every day as an activity and the rest will take care of itself. The lifestyle level basically accounts for all that anyway. Plus no matter what anyone does, this is an "art" not an exact science. But it's pretty darn close/accurate!
