I don't think there is any facility to "reboot" your account (someone correct me if I'm misinformed). I believe you can go back and edit it, though.
"Free" accounts don't usually get deleted, but I can PM an Admin with your request if you decided to go that route. But yes, setting up a new account would accomplish what you want, though you would also lose any custom foods you might have entered and all your other data.
