Hi, Is there a possibility that FIT Day could tell you how many calories you need to eat or what calorie intake you need to have to reach your goal weight. Thanks.

Hi there, I believe when you set up your profile and set your weigh, goal weight, height, daily activity level, it populates how many calories you are allowed each day to attain your goal.
