Hi,i am new ....how i can put calories of my own cook food to my log.....is there log for sample: pickle gravy...water from beef 1 cup...2table spoon flour...peper..salt..magie...1 cup pickle...1tea spoon sugar[3 portation}..thank for help..lydie

there is an option for new foods. you can add your own customized foods/ samples what ever u like.. Its under the heading of Creat your customized food.. Hope this helps
