If trying to lose weight and I am supposed to have a -621 calorie balance is that just my RMR -621 or it is my RMR + my exercise calories -621?

I would say that would be your net calorie deficit, including exercise. Of course, it wouldn't hurt to have a little bigger deficit. At that rate, if you are being accurate in your calorie intake and burn, you should average a little over 1lb. a week loss. Regards, Michael |
