Yup, I would assume that the FitDay Legal Beagles made them put that in there. Anything over 2 lbs a week is considered potentially unhealthy. Which, I suppose for some folks it could be. I can't, of course, recommend you go for over 2lbs. a week w/o consulting a doctor, but many do (such as myself  ).
