Default HELP. Where to input Body Fat %....

Trying to find where I put body fat % and if I can put in the I take. Is there suck a place?

Austin,
I don't believe that there is a place to record your % body fat here, other than in your journal. But if you record it in your journal I don't think that there is anyway for it to be including in any kind of report - but one of the monitors may correct me on this.

So, ah hum, yes, by all means upgrade to Premium to track body fat!

I am a premium member but I can't find where to track the body fat. Can you help?

click on "stats" and select BF% in the drop down box to track. I just noticed that you are diabetic, you can also track blood sugar at that same location.

No problem and thanks. My loss is nothing compared to a lot of the people here. Heck Michael that posted above has lost 250 pounds in a year and a half.
