Default Hi guys!

I just found this site.....alot of great info already!

I have a question, are the tickers for wt loss not allowed in your
signature?? I don't see anyone with them when they post.

I'm not sure what you mean by "tickers". You can put pretty much anything in your sig that is not prohibited by the forum "rules" which are posted at the top of the forum--here is a direct link: http://www.fitday.com/fitness/ForumRules.html.

Becca, we Mods have discussed it and we think it's OK. Now, that's not to say the "real" PTB (i.e. site Admins) may eventually not agree. But for now, go for it!

I tried to cut/paste the code to my signature space on the board...but the
ticker doesn't show up....just the link

I tried to past the bbcode, HTML code and ezcode
What's wrong? it won't show up...

I guess these type of things are blocked
from showing up...
