Default Fitday says I burn 3200+ cals a day. Why?

Hello,

I have my work description at (sitting most of the time with some movement) but still for some reason fitday thinks I burn 3200 cals per day sitting, which isn't anywhere near close. I'd say I burn 1800+ maybe. How can I change this on the fitday website?

Just FYI,

I'm 178 lbs
5'9
28 years old

Hmm--recheck all your data. I use "seated with some movement" and it says I burn like 2900 or so. I use 5'10 and 290 pounds 46 y/o so something is wrong with your info.

Regards,
Michael
