When on "Maintenance"...?
Hi Fellow FDers :-)
When I reach my goal weight/body composition, and I want to continue using FitDay, do I simply set a "new" goal weight of my (already attained,) weight, well off in the future, for a daily caloric intake guideline ? (eg, If I go from 200lbs to 175lb and I'm happy @ 175lbs, do I then set 175lb as my "goal" 6 months or a year in the future...?) TIA ! Eddie |
I guess you could. I think the main thing now is to burn what you take in. That can be done with the food log and activities log alone.
