Creating a custom food question
Hi there, I'm new to Fitday and have begun entering several foods I eat on a regular basis. My question is: Where on the food label entry screen do I enter the sugar content? maybe I just don't see it in front of me or do I enter it in the "Alcohol" section.

As of this moment, sugar isn't an option for tracking. Look for it in the future though.

I too am new to FitDay. Any clues on logging Chinese take out menu items?

I guess find what you can in the database and add anything either as individual items (chicken and teriyaki) or else as a custom.
