On the Fitday calculator do I subtract the fibre value from the

carbs to get the "net carbs", or are the shown carb values already the "net" carbs?

'net carbs'? I don't think so. Not anything I've noticed. When I put in nutritional information (from some whole grain bread, for example), I also enter the fiber grams. The carb count stays the same.
