I agree most home equipment, but not the power meters available
for real bicycles that are built into the Hub of the rear wheel. These
measure the actual power expended and is expressed as watts. This
is used to calculate calories burned vice using heart rate as a basis
for the calorie computation.

Default Breastfeeding

I would like to see how many calories are being used when I breastfeed... but this is not an activity option. Would this be able to be added maybe? This way an accurate calorie count can be given.

I would assume that would depend on the size/age of your baby and how much he or she nurses. It makes sense to me that how ever many calories are in that milk are the extra calories you use. If you ever use bottles, then you might have a good idea of how much you're baby nurses at a time, more or less.

I'd estimate about 500 calories extra, I think.

Default Customize activities?

Never mind, skimming the forums I see that this isn't possible...

Default Wii Fit Activity?

How would one go about counting any Wii Fit/Wii Fit Plus activities?
They do not come up when you search for them.
Lately I have been just choosing the closest one.
Would there be a way to program that in?

Thanks :]

Lightbulb Specific speed for activities

When I go walking on the treadmill during the week, I go more than 3.0 mph. When I go walking around my neighborhood over the weekend, my pedometer says I go a little over 1.2 mph. I would like my documented activities to be as accurate as possible, which I know they're not because I write down both speed and calories burned from both the treadmill and the pedometer so I can accurately record them here. Is there a way to set a specific speed for walking, running, etc.?

My average watt output on my power computer on my bicycle is about 150W. When I do the conversion from watts to kcal I get a number of about 100kcal/hour. When I look at various websites including this one the average calories burned in one hour with my intensity is 700kcal. Why are my numbers so off? Am I missing something?

Default Activities

I'm not finding my activities. I would like to see BodyPump or any of the Les Mills classes. Elliptical machines aren't on there. What about custom activities?
