I'm a new user - just one week. Find it painfully slow in the evening. Much better in the morning - so I think its just volume = they need a bigger computer, methinks. (East coast). Im using chrome. I'll try it on firefox. But its slow on my ipad too in the evening.

There is also a "reset" link that may help with things.

Tried resetting - did not help. Still slow

FF and Chrome definitely work best. Glad FF is a good solution for you!
