app for iPhone crashed white screen

Hello, two days ago I bought the app for iPhone. Today it crashed. Can't be opened, it just shows white screen. Rebooted a few times, no success.

What should I do?

Try rebooting your phone? Or at least shutting the app down manually and then reopening it (so it does not stay open in the background).
