Sample nutrition charts available?
 

Are there any sample nutrition charts available that reflect the proper proportions of protein, fat and carbs that are ideal for weight loss? If so, where are they? If not, do we have anyone knowledgeable in this area who can advise?

I would like an answer to this question as well. When I log a custom food, it gives me the pie graph with the percentage of protein, fat, carbs etc. I'd really like to know what a "good food" graph ideally looks like?
