Planned calories

I am getting confused with what planned calories mean? Is that the calories you can eat a day? Please explain...:confused:

Sorry - where are you seeing the term "planned calories"?

The graph with “planned calories” is showing your calorie goal aka calorie budget. Basically it is approximately how many calories you should eat to meet your weight goal that you have set in the weight log.
